ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Salesforce Business Analyst** to join our team. This is a **remote** opportunity. This role is integral to a large-scale project modernizing human resource management systems for the Department of the Air Force. The individual will join an agile development team and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies. A key focus will be designing high-quality, low/no-code solutions within the Salesforce platform. This includes engaging directly with stakeholders and collaborating with the team to overcome complex business challenges. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** + Gathers requirements, analyzes processes, and facilitates user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution. + Work closely with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to refine user stories and categorize the user-centric requirements. + Translate business requirements to technical and functional teams for Salesforce implementations. + Write requirements in the form of user stories from a persona perspective and with clear acceptance criteria. + Facilitate refinement sessions with the Scrum Team for your assigned initiatives to ensure understanding of the requirements. + Work with Organization Change Management (OCM) team members to ensure a smooth implementation to end users. + Work with Solution Architects to identify design problems, developing elegant solutions, and justifying design decisions eloquently. + Ability to obtain a Security+ certification within first 90 days of employment. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree or related field; an additional 6 years of Human Centered Design, User Experience, or Information Management experience might be substituted for a degree + 5+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role working with Salesforce Applications. + Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Salesforce development, process automation, and understanding of integration patterns. + Must possess Salesforce Certifications, specifically Salesforce Certified Associate, Salesforce Business Analyst (or equivalent experience of 6 years and demonstrated proficiency). + Experience with Agile development approaches/tools including Scrum/SAFe, JIRA, and Confluence. + Experience leading client briefings and review sessions; demonstrated ability to present a polished and professional image to clients **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% + Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer + The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations **Security Clearance Requirements:** + Must have a current/active Secret clearance.
