The Opportunity
We are seeking a positive, energetic and results-driven Recruiting Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team. In this mid-level role, you will be pivotal in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier financial advisors and professionals who align with our values and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source, attract, and build a robust pipeline of high-caliber financial advisor candidates for current and future openings
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and potential
- Evaluate and qualify/reject candidates based on resume reviews, interview performance, and reference checks
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, with the expectation of delivering an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly activity goals (calls, emails, interviews, hires)
- Create engaging recruitment marketing content and campaigns to elevate our employer brand
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal hiring managers and external centers of influence
- Provide regular analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to leadership
- Stay current on recruiting best practices and industry trends
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, sourcing tools and recruitment marketing platforms effectively
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the financial services, insurance, or wealth management industry
- Proven track record recruiting financial advisors, wealth managers, or insurance professionals
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed hiring quotas and KPIs
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment marketing tools
- Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- High energy, resilience, and a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Work in our Scottsdale location
- Travel as needed
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience implementing diversity sourcing strategies
Compensation & Benefits
$50,000 – $60,000 base salary per year (DOE) + performance-based bonuses
