The ECS headquarters team provides key support for its electrical and mechanical companies, including finance and accounting, human resources, legal, national purchasing and information technology. **SUMMARY** The Vista Support Specialist serves as a functional support contact for the ERP system Vista by Viewpoint, providing post-implementation assistance to operation companies across the organization. The role focuses on troubleshooting, user support, system optimization and continuous process improvement. This professional has strong organizational and leadership skills to collaborate with business users, IT and external consultants to ensure timely and accurate resolution of ERP issues, user training, and overall system effectiveness. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. + Respond to and resolve Vista ERP support tickets in a timely manner, ensuring issues are documented and tracked through to completion. This includes working with internal developers and IT staff, or external consultants, to ensure the end-user request has been addressed. + Provide functional support across all Vista modules including Job Cost, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Project Management. + Provide troubleshooting of Crystal Reports, SSRS reports, and Vista inquiries to meet user needs. Coordinate with internal and external developers to provide resolution of issues and track through to completion including functional testing and support for end-user testing. + Perform functional testing for system upgrades (Vista and HFF Portal) and ECS package deployments. + Lead and coordinate Phase 2 implementation projects to expand Vista utilization beyond core accounting functions and provide efficiency in business processes. + Assist in developing, maintaining, and delivering end-user training, including during our annual Power Up conference and ongoing training throughout the year + Create and maintain end-user training and functional support documentation. + Assist with data analysis, error resolution, and process improvement recommendations. **Qualifications** To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
