ACARA Solutions and our Defense client have a 100% REMOTE contract-to-possible direct hire position available

Senior Talent Sourcer 

$65.00 per hour

Candidates must be strong in Engineering environment and skills sets.  Must be experience with high-end DoD clearance levels

• Understanding the ongoing hiring needs of their business and establishing the right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles
• Utilize AI tools to search for and identify potential candidates across various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, AI-specific platforms)
• Facilitation and ownership of sourcing strategy with colleagues and hiring teams
• Drafting & publishing attractive job advertisements and managing responses
• Reaching out to target talent via social networks
• Designing & conducting engaging talent outreach campaigns
• Speaking with applicants about requirements to drive applications & engagement
• Doing the first-round screening for applicants & ensuring a strong candidate experience
• Create and optimize search strategies based on data insights and AI-powered analysis

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 8 years of Expert-level Boolean, X-ray, and keyword searching experience. 
• Minimum 8 years of experience in using AI technology in all elements of sourcing activity
• Minimum 8 years of experience with the government contracting industry
• Minimum 8 years of experience in identifying highly cleared candidate pools; Secret, TS, TS/SCI, TS/SCI w/Polygraph
• Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition in a sourcing role
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a CRM tool to build pipelines

Preferred Skills:

• Master's Degree
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Exceptional customer service and project management skills
