Job Description The Rocket Area Production Technologist reports to the Rocket Area Production Manager. This position provides leadership to the salary and hourly work force. Responsibilities include leading the production area to manufacture products to meet quality and delivery schedule requirements in a safe, environmentally compliant manner. The Production Technologist coordinates production and maintenance activities, helps manage labor allocation to meet direct and indirect budgets, production schedules, work loading requirements, and upholds plant policies in the production area. Coordinates with functional support groups to accomplish necessary tasks while supporting productions goals. Assists with directing the work activities of Group Leaders and hourly personnel.
Product Support Specialist SR
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Minimum of 5 years of production/manufacturing experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education, including personnel supervisory responsibilities. A thorough knowledge of a variety of production support activities including manufacturing process flow, quality, environmental, engineering, and purchasing.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience in chemical manufacturing processes. Previous experience with MAXIMO, Kronos, production scheduling, scheduling of PM's, and familiarity with handing and processing energetic materials.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $73778 - $125422

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
