Job Summary:
We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to join our team in Lawton, OK. Under the direction of the RT Supervisor and Cardiopulmonary Manager, the RRT/CRT will deliver high-quality respiratory care across critical care units, including adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations. This role also includes responsibilities for mentoring and training RT personnel in critical care competencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer respiratory therapy treatment and diagnostic testing per physician orders.
Deliver care in a variety of critical care environments: adult, pediatric, and neonatal.
Assist in the orientation and training of respiratory therapy personnel.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with department and hospital standards.
Participate in rotating night shifts, weekends, and on-call coverage as scheduled.
Demonstrate professional communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Qualifications:
Education as required by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision Required
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) Required
Current Oklahoma State Respiratory Therapy License Required
Minimum 2 years of hospital-based experience Preferred
BLS Certification Required
