Requisition Number: 212895 Job Description Cintas is seeking an On-Site Service Representative to work at one of our customer's locations. This position serves as liaison between Cintas and our customer. Responsibilities include conducting business with our customer's employees in accordance with established policies and processes; ensuring accurate/timely shipping and handling; overall administration of account programs; providing Customer Service to all customer's employees through a Service Center that is on site; keying and tracking orders; customer presentations; sales support; networking; confirming customer requirements; and improving overall customer satisfaction levels.
Skills/Qualifications Required
- Minimum 1 year office experience
- Experience performing various business tasks, including resolving customer problems, establishing rapport with customers, data entry, maintaining customer databases and communicating customer issues to management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
- High School Diploma/GED
