Job Description
An aviation company located in Englewood, CO is looking for a Data Analytics Specialist to join their team for a short term contract. The Data Analytics Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate and consistent data across organizational systems. Key duties include updating and managing Excel spreadsheets, entering and validating information in Visual ERP, and supporting routine reporting activities. This role requires strict adherence to established procedures, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to complete tasks within defined timelines.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:
· Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in Visual ERP and other internal systems.
· Prepare, format, and validate Excel spreadsheets for reporting and analysis.
· Conduct routine data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
· Generate standard reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.
· Assist with data cleanup and migration projects as needed.
· Respond to data-related inquiries and provide administrative support to the analytics team.
· Maintain confidentiality and comply with company data governance standards.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Associates Degree
2+ years of data entry experience
Advanced experience with Excel
Experience with ERP systems (they use visual) - Experience within healthcare or air medical environment
Power BI experience
