We are looking to attract an International Financial Fund and International Tax Accountant. Advising
the Partners and Investor Clients of the fund.

The job will involve fund administration, tax, source investigation compliance and all other international tax compliance work.

You could be based or be willing to work at Port Robin Jamaica, George Town, Grand Cayman, Hollywood Florida, or Malibu California USA.

This is a fast growing fund and an exciting opportunity to join a highly skilled team in a diverse and integral role.

Investors are: Industrialist’s, Scientific Institutions, Medical Institutions, Saudi Royals, GHNI’s and UAEP’s.

• Work responsibilities include:
• Supervising one other Junior Fund Accountant.
• Review and sign -off of NAVs prepared by external administrators.
• Liaison with external administrators, auditors, internal/external marketing, risk advisor, and the trading desk.
• Preparation of regulatory reporting information.
• Validation of management and performance fees.
• Reporting: Creation and manipulation of data, demonstrating a commercial understanding of the Fund.
• Monitoring compliance and potential disclosure issues.
• Risk management and controls, monitoring and reporting.
• Review and validation of Fund Audits and Financial Statements.

There is no current CFO in place; the business is a stable working unilateral-partnership. Progression for this role in the long term could be a board appointment.

• Requirements:
• Qualified/Certified Accountant.
• Strong academics.
• 8 years Hedge Fund Accounting experience.
• 8 years International Tax experience.
• Regular global travel.
• Cash Management.
• WCC Investigations Experience.
• Excellent international client facing skills.
• Strong understanding of different asset classes.
• Advanced Excel (Macros).
• Excellent communication skills.
• An interest in international financial marketing.
