About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Manager who is passionate about financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic planning to help guide RSI Security’s financial health and reporting. This is a key leadership position accountable for managing our core finance functions, including AR, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting. You’ll collaborate across departments and lead process improvements in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment that runs on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).

What You’ll Do

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and cash flow forecasting
• Own seat-level measurables and quarterly Rocks
• Oversee AR, bookkeeping, payroll, and revenue assurance
• Validate payroll, commissions, and bonuses through TriNet
• Approve consultant billables in Mavenlink and manage revenue tracking
• Improve processes across tools like QuickBooks, TriNet, Bill.com, PandaDoc, QuotaPath, and Dext
• Lead annual audits, tax preparation, and 1099 filing
• Facilitate structured problem-solving through EOS L10 meetings and IDS
• Maintain and enhance finance-related SOPs and system integrations

What You’ll Bring

• 5–10 years of experience in accounting, controllership, or financial management
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and proficiency in QuickBooks
• Experience with TriNet, Bill.com, PandaDoc, and other finance tools
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and hold others accountable (LMA experience)
• Strategic mindset with sharp communication and follow-through skills
• CPA preferred (not required)
• Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing, or consulting environments
• Comfort and familiarity with the EOS framework (Scorecards, Rocks, L10s)
