BIM & CAD Lead

Job Overview:
This remote opportunity allows you to remain where you currently live while traveling on occasion to both established and new clients nationwide (estimated at 10-30%). This position is responsible for leading and managing all digital design and drawing production activities across multiple projects. The role serves as the firm’s subject matter expert in Revit, CAD, and BIM systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in project coordination and documentation. You’ll oversee drawing standards, provide technical support to engineering and project teams, and drive continuous improvement in digital design workflows. This opportunity also includes mentoring staff, implementing innovative design tools, and contributing technical expertise to engineering projects.
