About Your Role:
As a
Behavioral Health Therapist , you will provide approved therapeutic interventions to clients and families to affect identified needed changes as well as assist with case coordination and/or resource linkage to clients and other involved parties (i.e. family, DCS, Court personnel, non-relative supports, etc.) when needed.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to clients and families to support behavioral and emotional change.
- Coordinate care and connect clients with community resources, including DCS, courts, and other support systems.
- Collaborate with family members and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
- Apply knowledge of child development and clinical best practices to guide treatment.
- Maintain flexibility in scheduling and travel to accommodate client and program needs.

Does the Following Apply to You?
- A Master’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a discipline allowing mental health licensure in Tennessee
- CPR and First Aid certified, or be willing to obtain certification before working with clients; and other duties as assigned
- Has thorough knowledge of child development and therapeutic interventions
- Experience working with families who desperately need direction
- Ability to work flexible hours consistent with program needs and work at multiple location
