Pay Scale: $39, 936 – $49, 920 (Dependent on Experience)
What You'll Do:
∙ As an Associate Technical Support Specialist, you will serve as a support liaison between the company and our customers.
∙ This role supports customers in both the United States, United Kingdom and Ireland.
∙ Answers overflow customer calls 24/7/365 from all business areas directly, often during critical customer times
(ex. long hold times or when after-hours support is needed), and will coordinate internally for appropriate technical
experts to contact customers.
∙ Answers all after-hours, weekend, and holiday calls for the UK/Ireland Affiliate and coordinate internally for
appropriate technical experts to contact customer
∙ Perform after-hours dispatching, engaging with field personnel nationwide
What We're Looking For:
✅ Associate’s degree (or equivalent military training).
✅Formal or informal leadership experience preferred.
✅2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
