What You’ll Do

• Install erosion & sediment controls and stabilize sites.
• Handle traffic control, ditch cleaning, sediment removal, and erosion repair.
• Operate and maintain equipment (weed-whackers, skid steers, crawler carriers, etc.).
• Keep trucks, trailers, and gear clean, fueled, and job ready.
• Work safely, wear PPE, and follow all DOT regulations.
• Jump in wherever needed to help the crew succeed.

• Willing to learn and take on new tasks.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail oriented.
• Skid Steer and snowplow experience preferred.
