We are hiring experienced professionals to handle residential turnovers and renovations , including:
- General repairs and handyman services
- HVAC repair
- Appliances Repair
- Drywall patching and interior painting
- Flooring installs (LVP, tile, carpet)
- Kitchen and bathroom updates
- Light plumbing and electrical
- Door, trim, and hardware replacement
- Garage door repair
- Trash-outs and clean-ups
- Minor landscaping and curb appeal work
Requirements:
- Own tools, reliable transportation, and (if applicable) a crew
- Proven experience in residential maintenance or renovations
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow scopes
- Familiarity with mobile apps/work order platforms
- HVAC License (preferred)
- Licensed contractors preferred (GC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
