Providence Staffing’s client is seeking a skilled Trial Attorney to join their well-established law firm in Columbus, GA. Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Monitor legal risk in documentation and provide guidance on acceptable assumptions of risk.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for natural and juristic persons.
• Conduct legal research and gather supporting evidence.
• Ensure appropriate approvals are secured before executing legal documents.
• Explain legal matters and provide sound legal advice.
• Represent clients in arbitration or mediation hearings.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents including wills, trusts, estates, contracts, and deeds.
• Handle regulatory and compliance-related matters.
• Deliver innovative legal solutions to complex client challenges.
• Represent clients in civil or criminal court proceedings.
• Manage and supervise paralegals and legal assistants.
• Prepare pleadings, file notices, and appear in court as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience litigating and trying personal injury cases, including jury trials.
• Graduate of an accredited law school.
• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state of Georgia.
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Georgia, though remote or hybrid arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
