Position
We are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish/English)to help us attract, engage, and hire top talent to support our rapid growth. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, with a focus on sourcing and hiring skilled professionals for our technical, operations, and corporate teams. You'll play a key role in ensuring SSA continues to hire the very best in the market.
We have currently acquired a company in Puerto Rico and continue to expand our footprint in Spanish speaking areas. This position will spend 25% of their time building relationships in Puerto Rico and the other 75% filling positions across the United States. This individual will also work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition in building out the talent function at SSA, building relationships with key stakeholders across the enterprise and creating a world-class talent-driven culture.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage top candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
Bilingual Recruiting: Effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking candidates, ensuring a seamless experience for non-English speakers.
Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand team needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and professional hiring process, keeping candidates engaged and informed.
Employer Branding: Represent SSA at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to attract top talent.
Compliance: Maintain accurate hiring records and ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.
Minimum Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
1+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house) preferred.
Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
4 Year College Degree or Military Experience preferred
Ability to manage and recruit multiple positions at one time.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
Highly organized with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
