Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, be persistent, driven and can complete daily/weekly requirements.

Paid per driver hired. 1099 position only.
Assist qualified applicants in completing carrier/client application & ensure all required documents are sent to each carrier/client.
Schedule and confirm applicants for orientation, communicate travel and lodging agreements, overcome obstacles associated with areas preventing applicants form attending scheduled orientation when requested.
Administrative duties and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of recruiting.
Willing to work during normal business hours to ensure desired results (minimum 6 hours a day)
Customer service, recruiting, and logistics experience is a plus but not required.
