We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team and lead our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top talent within our organization. What You Will Do Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet our current and future hiring needs. Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing requirements for various roles. Develop a robust talent pipeline utilizing various channels, including networking, social media, and recruitment events. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to senior management to evaluate the effectiveness of our strategies. Lead, mentor, and train a team of recruiters, enhancing their skills and boosting overall team performance. Stay informed on the latest job market trends and recruitment best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process. Create a positive candidate experience that reflects our company culture and values. What You Need Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar recruitment role. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and technologies. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
