Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial pool systems
Perform light plumbing and electrical repairs with confidence
Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure system performance
Educate customers on maintenance best practices
Collaborate with the sales team to support customer satisfaction and growth
2+ years of mechanical experience (pool systems a big plus!)
Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset
Clear communication—you make the technical understandable
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Bonus points for experience in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC
$25–$28/hour depending on experience
