Your Opportunity, Your Team

The Stylist - On Air Look supports QVC and HSN, and collaborates closely with various key roles such as the Manager, On Camera Style, Art/Creative Directors, Producers, On-Air Talent, and Planning/Scheduling teams to ensure that the visual design aligns perfectly with the brand's professional image.

Where You'll Work

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, PA location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Manager of On-Air Look with wardrobe coordination and preparation for hosts during seasonal campaigns, creative shoots, and omnichannel content sessions.
• Help ensure all wardrobe selections align with the creative direction and campaign themes, with a focus on authenticity and personal style of each host.
• You will help execute looks that drive customer curiosity and apparel engagement beyond standard programming.
• Provide hands-on styling support during shoot days — organizing, steaming, dressing assistance, and on-set adjustments.
• Collaborate with the Manager and production team to ensure seamless style transitions during multi-look content days.
• You will help capture styling notes and documenting looks for reference across on-air and digital platforms.
• Trend forecasting
• Maintain a tidy and efficient styling workspace, including apparel inventory, accessories, and returns.

What You'll Bring

• Education: Bachelor of Arts or Science in a related field or equivalent business related experience
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years business experience in Photo Studio/TV production/Video production/Digital media production planning required.
• Extensive experience with apparel styling, styling for print, web, and retail and/or TV production shoots for commercials, promotional announcements, and special event projects with attention to varied multifunctional visual disciplines.
• Must be knowledgeable and remain current on all industry trends.
