Salary: $107,000 - 154,000 per year Requirements:

• Job Title: Sr. Information Security Manager
• 10+ years of experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies within a manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree in a similar field is preferred.
• Preferred cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIPP, etc. Familiarity with the MITRE Framework, IEC 62443/NIST 800:23 is advantageous.
• Thorough understanding of Security Management and Governance principles, along with strong cross-cultural etiquette, and a customer-centric, collaborative mindset.
• Ability to perform the position's physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive IT security plans across various locations, ensuring alignment with industry standards for Operational Technology (OT), Cloud, Network, and IoT security strategies.
• Establish security architecture compliant with regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA) and deploy technologies like firewalls and OT Intrusion Detection Systems for effective system segmentation and protection.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments using frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and STRIDE for threat modeling, and drive solutions to mitigate identified security threats.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to OT, Cloud, Network, and IoT within the Integrated Supply Chain manufacturing security through cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop incident response plans, lead investigations into security breaches, and implement corrective measures to address root causes.
• Collaborate with vendors to secure supply chain systems by conducting assessments and enforcing compliance with established security standards.
• Foster a culture of security through targeted training programs and educational initiatives for stakeholders.

The pay range for this position in Murrysville, PA is $107,000 to $154,000. However, actual pay may vary based on various factors like skills, experience, and geographical location. Additional compensation may include bonuses, commissions, and participation in our comprehensive benefits program, which features generous PTO, 401k matching, and education reimbursement.

Please note that US work authorization is required, and the company will not sponsor work visas. Relocation benefits are not provided for this role, so candidates must reside in or near Murrysville, PA.
