Solar Representative – Entry Level - WEEKLY PAY

Semper SolR is seeking motivated Solar Representative to engage with homeowners and schedule appointments for our sales team. No experience is required — we provide hands-on training in sales, communication, and personal development. This role is your foot in the door to the solar industry and a stepping stone toward a six-figure sales career.
Compensation & Benefits
• Pay Options: Hourly or Commission-Only
• Average Weekly Earnings: $800–$1,200+ (performance-based)

Responsibilities:
• Knock doors in assigned territories and introduce homeowners to solar options
• Set appointments for solar consultants (closers)
• Represent the company with professionalism and positivity
• Participate in daily training and morning team meetings
• Work toward weekly and monthly appointment goals
