Dispatches all service calls quickly and efficiently to the service technicians
Prepares estimates
Code all vendor tickets and submit to accounts payable for payment.
Keep up with different maintenance contracting companies check‐in/check‐out requirements
Manage on-call schedules.
Helps out with duties pertaining to the front office, such as answering the phone when needed and helping customers or employees
Monthly reconciliation to ensure all work orders were completed
Trains others to perform all above stated duties.
