This newly created role of Service Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Guardian’s North American service operations by ensuring smooth coordination of day-to-day activities, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting in identifying opportunities for process improvement. This role directly supports and collaborates with the Service and Support Manager to strengthen Guardian’s service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and consumable sales growth. This means you will be the first to respond and be comfortable with being ready to be on site when needed.
