Previous experience with Big 4 (EY, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG), mid-sized (MNP, Grant Thornton, RSM, Segal GCSE), or boutique CPA firms.

Open industry or public practice or both?
For Audit Profiles:
Level of audit experience (IFRS, ASPE, NPO, Government)?
Public practice or industry background?
For Tax Professionals:
Are they specialized in US tax or Canadian tax?
Do they have in-depth experience or are they more junior?
Do they hold an EA or other relevant designations?
Experience in corporate tax?
Do they handle NTR, compilation, or review files?
