VMIis accepting applications for part-time security officers to supplement the VMIPolice. Work hours will be flexible; mostly evenings and nights, approximately 20-30 hours per week. Duties will include patrolling VMIfacilities, checking identification cards, and responding to reports of unauthorized or disruptive individuals. The security officers will work closely with the VMIPolice Officers. These are part-time hourly positions. Criminal background check required for finalists.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school graduate or GEDPreferred; good interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Law enforcement experience preferred.
