Job Description

The Coeur d'Alene Resort is looking for a Seasonal Marina Security Officer to help keep our marina, event space, and docks safe, welcoming, and running smoothly during the summer season.

This position plays an important role in protecting our property, supporting our Guests and slip tenants, and helping ensure everything runs safely after hours.

Job Basics:

• Location: Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
• Schedule: Swing Shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM)
• Status:  Part-time (24–32 hours/week)
• Compensation: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour
• Season:  May through September

In This Role, You Will:

• Patrol the marina and event center regularly during your shift
• Enforce property rules calmly and professionally
• Provide friendly, helpful service to Guests and slip tenants
• Monitor safety, report incidents, and keep detailed shift logs
• Stay alert and act quickly in case of emergencies

What We're Looking For:

• At least 21 years old
• Valid Idaho driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Calm under pressure and able to make good decisions
• Previous security experience and CPR certification preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors at night and on your feet
