Location: hybrid in Wilmington, DE

What You'll Need to Have:
Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in an Agile team, including a minimum of 2 years as a Scrum Master.
OR in lieu of degree: minimum 8 years combined education/work experience with 4 years in Agile teams and 2 years Scrum Master.
Experience coaching and mentor team members in Agile principles and practices.
Strong knowledge of Agile practices: user stories, TDD, ATDD, retrospectives, continuous integration, etc.
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Experience in two or more roles within technology teams (e.g., PM, UX, BA, Dev, QA).
Knowledge of Lean principles, Design Thinking, and developing digital capabilities.
Experience fostering team self-organization and continuous improvement.
