The School Psychologist is a critical member of the IEP team and is relied upon to provide insight and guidance to the team regarding student academic and behavioral functioning.Key Responsibilities: Administering diagnostic and curriculum-based assessmentsUsing intelligence and academic performance testing to determine student diagnoses and recommendations for specialized services.Observing students in various academic and social settings to gain insight and data into students' overall functioning in schoolProviding consultative psychology services to parents and school staff as described in the IEP.
