We are currently seeking a SAP FICO Consultant to join our team in Remote, Andhra Pradesh (IN-AP), India (IN).

• At least 10 years relevant SAP consulting or industry experience

• At least 1 hands on experience in the requirements gathering/ fit-gap, design/blueprinting and configuration/customization phase of SAP transformation programs
• Deep understanding of business processes as well as good knowledge of technical issues at required area of specialty
• Experienced in leading business process requirement, analysis, design, test, working closely with client SAP and business leads

• Providing consulting services and solving complex problems in SAP Finance, and Controlling
• Razor focus on FICO Controlling – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement
• Minimum of 8 years SAP experience supporting General Ledger plus 3 or more of the following functions: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Project System
• Experienced in Project Structuring, WBS, CC allocation, Finance integrations with banks, PS module cycle from project creation to settlement.
• Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, OTC, PP and QM.
• Identifying and proposing business process and system enhancements
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve SAP FICO gaps
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. · Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor
• Understanding of accounting business processes
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
• Very good command of English.
