Salesforce Lead Developer

Role Summary:
A Salesforce Lead Developer with advanced technical proficiency, domain-specific expertise, and rare Salesforce certifications. Responsible for leading complex Salesforce implementations, integrating emerging technologies, and driving innovative solutions across cloud platforms. Mentors teams, architects scalable solutions, and ensures adherence to Salesforce best practices while pushing boundaries with advanced configurations and code.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end technical implementation of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and business units.
Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms including AWS, Azure, MuleSoft, and OpenAI GPT APIs.
Drive DevOps initiatives using Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, and CLI scripting.
Design and implement advanced configuration strategies using custom metadata types and dynamic Apex.
Implement Salesforce Shield for security, field-level encryption, and compliance.
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
Lead initiatives involving Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), Einstein AI, Heroku, or Blockchain integrations.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, technical design sessions, and architecture reviews.
Create and maintain technical documentation and solution architecture diagrams.
Required Experience:
15+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 3 years in a lead role.
Deep knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and asynchronous processing.
Expertise in Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD tooling, and automated testing.
Experience with Salesforce Connect, Heroku Connect, and external data source integrations.
Proven experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), OmniStudio, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures.
Knowledge of Salesforce AI (Einstein Discovery, GPT-based integrations) is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, and Platform Encryption.
Experience in multi-cloud environments (Salesforce + AWS/Azure).
Strong understanding of object-oriented principles and modern JavaScript frameworks.
