Job Description

Salary: $95,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Intermediate proficiency in AWS Compute, demonstrated ability to configure, manage, and optimize AWS Compute services such as EC2, Lambda, and Elastic Beanstalk. Experience with provisioning, scaling, and monitoring cloud-based resources, along with familiarity with security best practices and cost management within AWS environments.
  • Advanced experience in DevOps, with expertise in implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or AWS CodePipeline. A strong background in automation, infrastructure as code (IaC), and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Proficient in monitoring, logging, and incident response for cloud-based applications, with the ability to promote continuous improvement in deployment processes and system reliability.
  • Advanced skills in integration and deployment, with proven experience integrating diverse platforms and applications, particularly within cloud and enterprise environments. Skilled in deploying complex solutions, managing release cycles, and troubleshooting deployment issues. Familiarity with API management, middleware, and orchestration tools, with the ability to ensure seamless connectivity between Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other enterprise systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, including a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, and configuration. Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integration patterns. Ability to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, as well as proficiency in data migration, security model configuration, and performance optimization within Salesforce.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
  • Availability to be on-site 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA.
Responsibilities:
  • As a Project Delivery Manager within our team, you will play a pivotal role as a dynamic Salesforce Architect & Integrator. You will utilize your robust infrastructure engineering skills and extensive experience in cloud environments and ServiceNow. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining and enhancing an enterprise ServiceNow instance within a cloud setup, focusing on load balancing, application deployment, and supporting a growing suite of ServiceNow services.
