Everything To Gain is seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support our business operations. You will work closely with different departments to ensure the system meets their needs, manage user accounts, and implement best practices for data integrity and reporting. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, skilled in Salesforce administration, and passionate about improving user experience. Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionalities.
Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
Experience with Jira and integrating it with tools like Salesforce.
Excellent skills in user management, data management, and system configuration.
Ability to create custom reports and dashboards to provide insightful metrics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Workflow Rules) is a plus.
