Sales Consultant – Fred Haas Toyota Country

Full-Time | Houston, TX

We are currently seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultants to join our dynamic dealership team. Job Responsibilities

  • Execute the dealership’s sales process from initial prospecting to vehicle delivery.

  • Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicle inventory to prospective buyers.

  • Maintain daily inventory knowledge and stay updated on all available units.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and market share.

  • Prepare and review monthly sales goals with sales leadership.

  • Maintain dealership performance standards including Customer Service Index (CSI), gross profit averages, and unit sales targets.

  • Stay current with product knowledge, market trends, and certification requirements.

  • Utilize Client Relationship Management (CRM) software effectively to track and manage customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

  • Willingness to learn and stay informed on automotive products and industry trends.

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields preferred.
