Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities: 

• Provide excellent customer service in an ethical and professional manner
• Successfully overturn objections 
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Receive ongoing training, coaching, and support by attending daily meetings
• Capitalize on sales opportunities with generated client leads
• Recommend and upsell products 
• Manage given territory properly
• Educate decision-makers on the benefits of solar

Retail Sales Associate Requirements: 

• NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! 
• Passion for solar, green energy, making a difference, sales, and most importantly people!
• Exceptional networking and communication skills 
• Positive, competitive, and coachable mindset 
• Well-spoken, confident, articulate, and genuine personality
• Strong public speaking and verbal communication skills
• Proven work ethic and self-motivated
