Become a key player in connecting skilled drivers with top carriers by joining our team as a 1099 Driver Recruiter. In this role, you'll work directly with client managers to understand their hiring needs, guide applicants through the onboarding process, arrange logistics for orientation, and manage various administrative tasks. With comprehensive support, training, and weekly bonuses tied to driver hires, you'll have everything you need to succeed!

Key Responsibilities:
◦ Collaborate with client managers to identify staffing needs and keep them informed on applicant progress.
◦ Assist drivers through client/carrier applications and ensure all required documents are completed.
◦ Schedule and coordinate orientation, handling travel, accommodation, and any unexpected challenges.
◦ Carry out administrative tasks and support additional team needs as required.

Qualifications:
◦ No experience required—complete training is provided.
◦ Available during normal business hours.
◦ Experience in customer service, recruiting, or logistics is a plus, but not essential.
