Key Responsibilities: Track and manage all talent-related documents including contracts, releases, and payments. Coordinate with legal teams for confidentiality memos and formal correspondence. Liaise with video production teams to ensure talent logistics are finalized for shoots. Book and coordinate all travel for talent and staff, including detailed itineraries. Set up and manage video calls, meetings, and remote communications. Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external talent representatives. Maintain a talent database with accurate contact, press, and scheduling information. Brainstorm coverage ideas and support press planning with deep knowledge of pop culture. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines. Stay informed on events, local trends, and sourcing opportunities in major markets. Maintain calendars, follow up on leads, emails, and scheduling requests. Update and manage an editorial calendar related to upcoming press and appearances. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. 1–2 years of experience in talent relations, public relations, production, or similar. Experience working with celebrity talent and managing high-pressure situations calmly. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts at once. Strong understanding of talent contracts and negotiation basics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
