As Our Receptionist, You Will - Be the First Point of Contact: Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere in our agency.
- Manage Incoming Calls: Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm, directing calls to the appropriate team members.
- Schedule Appointments: Organize and maintain calendars, ensuring smooth scheduling for clients and staff.
- Assist with Administrative Tasks: Support our team by managing paperwork, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide Customer Support: Address client questions and concerns with care, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a positive team dynamic.
- Handle Billing and Payments: Process payments and assist clients with billing inquiries as needed.
- Promote Agency Services: Share information about our insurance products and services to help clients find the best solutions for their needs.
- Embrace Continuous Learning: Keep up-to-date with our agency’s products and services, as well as industry trends to better assist clients.

- Previous Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus, but not required. A willingness to learn is what matters most!
- Property and Casualty License: Must have or be able to obtain a property and casualty license, as this is essential for discussing insurance options with clients.
Compensation: $32,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

About Our Agency - Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Erie, PA.
- Our office is open 8:30am - 5:00pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1999.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
- I am a proud graduate of Grove City College.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
