What We Are Looking For:

• We are seeking RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians
• Technicians who share our enthusiasm for empowering young children affected by autism.
• Our work goes beyond routine employment - it's about creating a welcoming atmosphere where you feel valued, appreciated, and empowered.

Duties:

• Your role as a Child Interventionist involves working directly with children,
• Using Play-Based activities to teach essential skills such as communication, sharing, and social interaction.
• We provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident and capable in guiding these children toward growth and development.

Competitive compensation: Earn $17.00 - $19.00 hourly, based on your experience, education, and certifications.

Schedules:

Full Time: M-F 8AM-4PM - 30+ Hours/Week

Part Time Flexibility: 3-5 days during the week; 15-30 hours per week

What Qualifies You:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• ACTIVE RBT Certification
• Passion for Children: A genuine love for working with children.

• Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.

• Positive Attitude: Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families.

Physical Requirements:

• This role involves working in natural environments, occasionally requiring lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. and maintaining various postures for extended periods.
