Job Responsibilities

Sampling of components
Physical testing of in-process materials and finished goods
Reserve sample arrangements
Read, understand and follow work orders.
Follow and maintain all GMP’s.
Follow safety guidelines
Perform hands-on tasks
Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
Maintain clean and organized workspace
May use measurement devices such as; micrometer, caliper, and pin gauge
Strong understanding testing techniques
Ensure product meets customer specifications
Meet production standards
Work in a team environment
Record-keeping and quality documentation
Quality assurance

Important! You WILL be exposed to: dust, powder, airborne particles, strong food orders, milk, soy, wheat, and nuts.

Job Requirements

Knowledge and understanding of Quality compliance
one year experience
Working knowledge of cGMP and regulatory guidelines
Problem solve efficiently under pressure
Knowledge of basic cGMP and QA/QC regulations for the food, pharmaceutical or medical device industry
Familiarity with safe work practices to include proper personal protective, allergen control, and proper sample handling and disposal
