Job Responsibilities

• Sampling of components
• Physical testing of in-process materials and finished goods
• Reserve sample arrangements
• Read, understand and follow work orders.
• Follow and maintain all GMP’s.
• Follow safety guidelines
• Perform hands-on tasks
• Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
• Maintain clean and organized workspace
• May use measurement devices such as; micrometer, caliper, and pin gauge
• Strong understanding testing techniques
• Ensure product meets customer specifications
• Meet production standards
• Work in a team environment
• Record-keeping and quality documentation
• Quality assurance

Important! You WILL be exposed to: dust, powder, airborne particles, strong food orders, milk, soy, wheat, and nuts.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge and understanding of Quality compliance
• one year experience
• Working knowledge of cGMP and regulatory guidelines
• Problem solve efficiently under pressure
• Knowledge of basic cGMP and QA/QC regulations for the food, pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Familiarity with safe work practices to include proper personal protective, allergen control, and proper sample handling and disposal
