Most of our team members begin as Referral Partners or part-time professionals before transitioning to full-time roles, while still earning the same commissions. You'll work with top-rated financial companies across the nation, all from the comfort of your home.

What You'll Do
As a financial professional, you'll be responsible for:
Conducting Financial Need Analysis (FNA) for clients
Helping individuals, families, and business owners achieve financial security by:
Protecting their assets and funds
Building and leaving a legacy
Implementing index strategies
Offering debt management services
Providing estate planning through our legal team
This is a 1099 position with a performance-based business model, meaning your earnings are tied to your success.
Work Schedule
Part-Time: 6-15 hours per week (flexible based on individual preferences)
Leads: We provide leads across three tiers: Hot, Warm, and Cold, with additional support from ETHOS lead generation tools.
Remote Work: All meetings and training are conducted via Zoom, so you can work from anywhere.
Field Trainer Support: You'll be paired with an experienced field trainer who will guide you through the initial stages of building your business. This includes learning how to prospect clients and partners effectively.
Ongoing Training: Daily sessions to help you refine your skills and grow your business.
Requirements
Successful completion of a background check (No felonies)
U.S. Social Security Number (or the ability to obtain one)
Must reside in the United States, Puerto Rico, or Canada during the hiring and licensing process
Must be 18 years or older (federal requirement)
Compensation
Salary Range: $36,000 - $125,000 per year (1099, performance-based pay)
Unlimited Earning Potential: Earn multiple ways, including commissions, agency bonuses, yearly renewals, stock options, profit sharing, and more.
Uncapped Pay: Your income is directly tied to your performance. For example, commissions can range from $2,000 for one client to $10,000 for another.
Frequent Pay: Get paid 8-9 times a month.
