We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our community located in Rushville, IN. area. This person must be experienced in affordable housing including LIHTC & Section 8. Experience with Yardi Voyager and Right Source is a plus. Must be able to self-direct and stay on tasks to ensure the communities are a success. Rent collection, recertifications, attention to curb appeal are top priorities to ensure a positive relationship with our residents. Experience directing maintenance, scheduling contractors, and following up with work orders is a must.
