**Work Mode: Remote - Candidates must be based in EST time zone**
**Duration: 6-month contract with the possibility of extension**

**Overview:**
We're seeking a **part-time Proofreader** to support marketing and communications teams by ensuring all content is accurate, polished, and aligned with brand standards. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on catching errors and refining content across multiple platforms.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Proofread various marketing materials including emails, letters, landing pages, social posts, ads, white papers, and articles.
+ Ensure grammar, spelling, punctuation, and tone align with company and AP Style guidelines.
+ Review assets for brand consistency and accuracy across all lines of business.
+ Collaborate closely with writers, designers, and project managers to meet deadlines.
+ Manage multiple projects under tight timeframes while maintaining quality.
+ Support ongoing workflow through Workfront (experience preferred).
**Top Skills & Qualifications:**
+ Exceptional attention to detail, grammar, and punctuation.
+ Proven experience handling high-volume proofreading across diverse content types.
+ Strong knowledge of AP Style and brand alignment.
+ Excellent time management and ability to prioritize under deadlines.
+ Experience using Workfront or similar workflow systems is a plus.
