We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to step in midstream on a critical property management software implementation project!Dahl Consulting is currently partnering with a leading property management company. • Worksite Location: Fully Remote
• Contract Duration: 3-6 months
• Compensation: $40.00-$60.00 per hour

What you will do as the Project Manager:

• Lead and manage the ongoing Yardi software implementation project
• Partner closely with an outside consultant and internal teams (IT, compliance, property management) to ensure all tasks are completed on time
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies using Agile or Waterfall methodology
• Track and report on progress, risks, and issues; escalate as needed
• Maintain strong communication channels across all stakeholders
• Ensure the project stays aligned with compliance and operational requirements

What you will bring to the role as the Project Manager:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in software implementation
• Familiarity with Yardi or other property management systems strongly preferred
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• RPA (Robotic Process Automation) experience a plus
