We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team and help us provide exceptional window cleaning services to our valued residential and small commercial clients. As a commission-only position with room for growth, you'll have the opportunity to maximize your earning potential while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment. 

Expectations and Responsibilities:

• Bring out the sparkle: Clean and shine windows to perfection, leaving them spotless and streak-free.
• Provide exceptional service: Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with each interaction.
• Attention to detail: Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every nook and cranny of the windows is thoroughly cleaned and polished.
• Professionalism and reliability: Present yourself in a professional manner, arriving promptly at scheduled appointments and maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor throughout the job.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with fellow team members, supporting and assisting one another to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
• Safety first: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

• Maintain equipment: Take responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance of window cleaning tools and equipment.

Some Job Requirements:

• Valid Driver License.
• Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance.
• Smartphone with a data plan.
• Speak English.
• Be able to work in temperatures ranging from 25 degrees to 110 degrees.
• Be able to lift 25-40 lbs.
• Be able to climb and conduct ladder work.
• Window Cleaning Experience is preferred.
