Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

The Production Operator will perform complex assembly or modification tasks on electronic and mechanical components, subassemblies and systems.
The role will consist the following: Solder through hole, surface mount, jumpers, and complex wiring on circuit card assemblies and other electro-mechanical devices. This work will be done under a microscope
Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans.
Inspects results to ensure conformance to IPC-610/620 standards.
This is a first shift position on a 9/80 scheduled with every other Friday off! Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $44754 - $71606
