We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our daily operational processes. In this role, you will assist with coordinating production activities, maintaining workflow efficiency, and ensuring all assigned tasks are completed with accuracy and professionalism. Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of production schedules
Monitor progress of ongoing tasks to ensure timely completion
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting
Support team leads with operational tasks and workflow management
Communicate effectively across departments to ensure alignment
Assist in maintaining equipment, materials, and general work areas
Contribute to quality control efforts and process improvements
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
