Hospitality background. Great examples include; High end Gym/Recreational Membership Facilities, Country Clubs, and Restaurants.

Pickleball/Tennis Background: Loving the game is a bonus, but not a requirement!

Customer Service: We have a thriving private event business that is growing everyday . Currently looking for someone to take lead from a hospitality perspective here & help continually elevate our catering/cafe operation from a FOH side. We have partnered with Honey Butter Fried Chicken & our new restaurant will open late Summer 2025. This is the PERFECT time to get your foot in the door as there is a lot of room for growth. 

BASSET Certification (On & Off Premise) & Food Handler's Certificate are required.

Open Availability is strongly preferred.

Growth: We are already looking at a 2nd location as well as many other fun popups like the Messi experience in Logan Square. Come thrive with us!

Job Description:
- Handle transactions, take drink orders and operate Toast POS
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Top end hospitality to all of our clients with a focus on private events.
- Retail Sales experience, inventory, Toast POS 
- Will be Expected to work  Nights & Weekends

Compensation:
- City of Chicago Paid Sick Leave & Paid Time Off 
- Additional Compensation with Private Event Tips & Service Charges.

- $20/Hour  Guaranteed Rate after Tip Makeup . Potential for Additional Event Gratuity Compensation.

Day in The Life (This Varies):

- Debrief with F&B Manager, Events Manager, or Events Supervisor about Daily Event BEO's & any Specialized Pickleball Programming
- Set Up Banquet Buffet, Take Orders, Assist Bar, Breakdown)
- When party is in and has slowed down you will be able to work on server sidework 
- Reset the Space & Set Up for our following parties or regular court rentals

- Finish off the night by completing your server sidework and checking in with a manger on site .
