Job Title: Power BI Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Power BI and Crystal Reports Developer to design, develop, and support reports and dashboards using Power BI and Crystal Reports. The role involves direct collaboration with stakeholders, data modeling, query development, and ongoing support of existing reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain custom Power BI and Crystal Reports.
Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Connect to and model data from sources including SQL Server, Oracle, SAP BW, Salesforce, Aumentum, and SharePoint.
Troubleshoot and enhance existing reports and dashboards.
Follow reporting best practices and visual optimization standards.
Collaborate with developers, PMs, and analysts.
Provide user training and support.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7 9 years of Power BI development experience
7+ years in Crystal Reports development
Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Report Builder, DAX, and data modeling
Proficient with SQL, Oracle, SharePoint, SAP BW, Salesforce, Aumentum
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Crystal Reports SDK
Crystal Reports certification
UI/UX familiarity, .NET/web integration experience
Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills
